Welcome to the East Texas Wedding Extravaganza!

We're so glad to have you join us.

The expo is evolving to better serve the needs of both brides and wedding businesses in the East Texas area, and we're making a few exciting changes.

Since we are in a smaller venue this year, we will be limiting the number of businesses in each category to ensure a more curated experience. We're also implementing innovative technology that will allow brides to be to search for vendors based on their budget, specific needs, and wedding date. This will help connect you with your ideal clients more effectively.

Additionally, we are focused on heavily promoting and collaborating with each other. We believe that by working together, we can all achieve greater success and make this the best East Texas Wedding Extravaganza yet.


Application and Selection Process


Please note that this is an application-only event. Your application will be carefully reviewed, and we will notify you of your approval or denial.

Our selection will be based on three key factors:

  • Category: We are limiting the number of businesses in each category to ensure a diverse and balanced show.
  • Current Reviews: We will be checking your current reviews to ensure a high standard of quality for our brides.
  • Willingness to Collaborate: Our success depends on mutual promotion and collaboration, so we are looking for vendors who are excited to work together.
 

PLEASE NOTE: The photography category for January is now closed. We want to ensure a diverse mix of all types of wedding service providers, so we are limiting the number of vendors in each category.

Although we are not currently accepting photographers for January, we would love for you to join us in December, March, or July. You can secure your spot by filling out the form below or by contacting us directly at ETXWeddingExpo@gmail.com to be added to our waiting list.
